...situation..konark has hired new engineer and promise them that they will get Ra.20000 on hand salary and free food and accommodation but when they join their salary is 12000 and no accommodation & no free food.this is reality of konark . You better stay home

...o 3 month increment & also they not give any difference of 2 to 3 month salary Salary structure clarification not gives to employee If u doing any field work like servicing, sales & project they provide low travell allownce & too much restriction in travelling

Good Place for Freshers to get trained and Hop to some good group.

Payscale very less compared to industry. They give good hikes for performers especially to people in Sales only, but other benefits like local conveyance, outstation conveyance, hotel stays and travel are extremely poor. There is no fix structure for this too. It will depend on the commercial officers / owners mood that how much it will be approved. Company need to look into this. Even performers do not get the conveyance benefits which sucks!! (No car conveyance, travelling to be done in second class, stays in cheap hotels with limit of 1000 Rs/night, no maintenance and paid leaves were also less) My major reason of leaving was this. Company has a vision of 100 crores by 2025 but it will never work without employee retention. While you work on a long term you will always face disturbances like team members leaving soon and also get feels like training center in which people come and leave immediately. Without maintaining a team no one can cross milestones. Company need to think over this strongly and improve other benefits to employees who perform. I would recommend only freshers to join and learn professionalism in 2-3 years and find for better options in the market.
