...xperience with this organisation, every day feels like this may be our last day. You have to pay 2 month of notice period but they will not gave you salary and FNF even after 2 months. Uneducated team doesn't want to adapt changes. The only way to secure your job you need to fill the ear of owners about everyone and everything even someone sneez. Career growth is only when you do the above thing. Owner lock the washroom to the staff. Leave depends on owners mood. Pathetic experience stay away from here.

It's a kind of a training school where as a fresher you learn without much expectations from company and search for other companies for better salary and appraisal.

Dislikes

Culture: Very bad. Very much negativity going around. There is nothing to offer from the company. Director: Hungry of deduction of money from anybody, not going to bear a single loss all will be bear by employees or vendor or customer but not him. Holiday: Not much holiday during the year. No Saturday off. Policy; No flexible timing. Only grace of 15min but if it's gone beyond for a second than its half day. Celebration: No such celebration is done in Co.

Negative working culture, it's like KGF ruled by Garuda, Left employees don't get their Full an Final settlement when they are completed notice period. Egoistic owner thinking everytime about self benifits.

Your senior colleague will not come to help you ....they treat u helper you more if u are fresher...but what i don't like about that is shouting on us for little thing and not cooperating. Training is not given which is major issue
