Full of politics, no work life balance, no job satisfaction, they want work only from employees and when it comes to giving benefits, they dont focus on that , they didnt do appraisal on time and even incentive structure is worst, management is very harsh, they go into micro management, they dont bother to address any issues, they ask there employees to give one day resign also without addressing the reason behind it , worst company to go with in real estate

The company have experienced employees who have been with the company for a long time. This can offers younger employees access to mentors who can share insights from years in the industry.

...llenges. It lack dynamism, seem like a place where you "coast" through your day. have fewer paths for advancement or pay raises, which can make it hard to climb the career ladder quickly. The work is repetitive, with little room for creative thinking or innovation. working with cutting-edge technology or methods, can making you feel restrictive. company’s processes and technology are outdated, I felt my skills aren’t fully aligned with current industry standards, limiting my options to decide to move on. fresh ideas resistance from long-standing employees or managers who prefer "tried and true" methods, lead me to frustration and discouragement.

Work culture is Good. Have breathing time for familly also. Training to inhance the skill is there. And all staff are supportive

No any corporate culture like other big companies regarding pay structure and promotions

The company has provided too much for us during lockdown. Job was secure but also there was no delay or deduction in our salary. Management gives alot of importance to our health and safety.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no transport facility or either fuel allowances for execution staff.
