The work life balance is good. Duty hours is good to handle with ease. People there are friendly and helpful. The Executive Officer is extremely polite and gentle and has always boosted my morale and guided me through my shortcomings.

Dislikes

The pay scale is a bit less compared to a full time duty. Some staffs arent punctual at work.

My name is Subhasis Dey. I have been working in the k.m.c. for over 10years. It is a semi government sector. Therefore govt. Holidays facilities are in there. Service stability for about 60 years as per WEST BENGAL GOVT. law & continuously. Thank you.

...s Dey. I have been working there over 10years. I have joined in the year Aug'09. But there is no increment of salary from 8-9 years for laboratory technicians. Very dirty politics in there. Very poor career growth & opportunities. Thank you.

This is totally political organization became after 2011. Policy makers think at present this organisation belongs to their father property. All the heads and policy makers involved with corruption. However, if corruption can be controlled this concern may become excellent.

Oilling to the political leaders is absolutely illegal and that should be ignored by the all board members including policy makers.

We are working regularly in the city to provide essential services like water supply community health and solid waste management. We also sanitizing different sensible places by using hypochloride mix water spraying also in fogy form. We are using surgical mask in double layer, Globes, Hand sanitizer and lifeboy soap for hand washing. During work we are trying to maintain social distancing. Some places are not maintaining social distance and lockdown like Rajabazar, Tiljala, Topsia, Park Circus Area and also Khidderpore and GardenReac Area.
