There is not even a single point which i liked about Kolath & Co.

...ot even a single paid leave in entire year. there is nobody to guide or support. they do unnecessary deductions from salary. Puts unbearable pressure when the salary date comes near. they don't have way of talking with employees. Majority employee resign within Two or Three months of joining. Do not recommend to join.

...branch coordinator I am handling a good team and my superior are also very good. The pay is also good.

Team supportive , transparency. Salary on time. Work environment good.

Irrespective of employees. No appreciate letter & no bonus. Lot of politics. No joining letter as well as after six months atleast they should give experience letter

Third class company with terrible company policies. The senior management does not have any professional etiquettes about how they should talk with their employees. Very poor experience...
