Lack of Communication from manager.. Incompetent co-workers specially who are from versova Village.. Very much unprofessional and unpunctual .. They will intentionally try to put you down and make false image of you infront of management (Though the manager is also from versova😅) Higher management and HR should interfere in such things periodically ..

Colleagues are very helpful and like my family..this is the only thing i hadn't want to leave the job or but even want me to leave the job becz there is no future

...eople stuck in this company but they didn't get proper appraisal and promotion..very low salary as per market standards Except colleague there is no positive thing in this company

Seniors are good. We can learn so much, if we want. Good place for start your career.

...as a Junior. Higher authorities doesn't want to hear from your side anything. Salary is not satisfactory, No time balance for late shifts. Not much salary increment for Juniors.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is bond of 2years before which you cannot rising .on the job training is not giving to New joiners.
