Only positive is it's 8 hours working including lunch of 30 mins, so you get a good work-life balance.

Badrinath lies to your face with the job description and the projects you would be working on. The projects with them are just CAD and sustenance, no scope of growth with these. Christian, the CEO, likes to micromanage the people a lot and in the name of discussions just takes away the time and that sometimes causes extensions unnecessarily.

Terrible company no importance given to the employee, if you work in project handled by Christian (CEO) then never expect your inputs would be taken, he would expect his employee not to question him and just listen and do what he wants to do and would put the project in trouble by changing all the inputs of the client.

The CEO doesn't have have any vision. He just treats his employees as daily wage labours. Doesn't take any inputs from anyone what ever he thinks he want it to be done irrespective of the feasibility and needs of the projects. Due to this there are no stable projects and due to unnecessary calls which he will have daily with engineers will kill the efficiency and makes delay in working. Over all an underated company.

To much of politics. Managers are not nurturing but will try to discourage you. Managers will grab all the attention for your work done. You have to bend over and work. No respect for subordinates. Work environment is very bad.

Sometimes it hard to speak with senior staff bcz they think themselves they know everything and won't listen to others and they think there is some kind of system placed in this company but there is nothing like that.
