    Humilation for work, Unnecessary pressure for closure, No support from managers, Total Humiliation by top Priority, No guidance, Blaming junior for everything things, No commitment of words, humilation in Team meetings, When you have a doubt- they don't have any update, harrasment on calls, threatening on call and team meeting for not approving calls for more than months, disrespectful in the market, shouting on calls and threatening

    Global MNC. Good salary and expenses are timely paid.

    Dislikes

    Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

    The work culture at hyperlocal level is horrible.. specially if you work in west.. the manager's approach is very toxic to team management. No plan for development Selfish approach to achieving numbers If numbers are done..manager is sweet..if not she will harass you .. won't let you breathe.. Expect to work 16-18 hours a day.. There is no open culture at Kohler.. one can't interact with super bosses with trust..they take managers word as absolute... so manager can keep the super bosses completely manipulated..Super bosses also take no effort in connecting and grooming. New joiners are almost treated ruthlessly with no space of learning new process and start performing. Zero patience and maturity. To save their behinds they can blame you.. humiliate you on work calls.. if numbers are done you are treated like a hero.. if not ..expect humiliation and taunting like it's a kitty party. Manager is not just unprofessional but Constantly Rude , she can't watch her tone... People call her the best manager only to be in her gold books.. it's laughable. Good level of favouritism works.. expect no growth.
