1 - Strictly time, one minute late absent , no puch absent. 2 - no salary and future growth. 3 - No tea ☕ facility for staff. 4 - one month notice period compulsory, company not given salary of 12 days of my . No life No future No Kohinoor.

No opportunity,no carrier growth,No more any bonus ,management is very worst & customer service need to very improve, customer care phone all time ringing but no body attend the call.some manager are very rude to staff & No any festival benefits off,leave policy need to change only basic amount given to staff as per year.........

...iciency of the person that can be a great for the person who is hard working . Salary on time and all facilities is there management is standing for all time that is the reason staff is working since company establishment . My self also working since last 15 yrs . Journey with working at Kohinoor till now waooooooo.

Salary on time. mostly staff are friendly and professional.

No staff facilities. No job security. No leave facility. HR has no knowledge. No work life balance. No festive holiday Unprofessional behaviour from HR to staff.

Well there were nothing to write about my liking for this company . I never liked working at this place.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Your manager if he has any personal problems with you he will send you to HO to talk with HR manager for very small issues just to make you suffer. I hated this.
