...nical institute has a institute that cheat students. Also cheat their employees. Organisation not pay salary of their staff on time.Its delay 1.5 years. It has a bankrupt institute.

Seriously i wouldn't have rated this like this because it's my first company i am working with....but i wanted to bring this in everyone's notice that the management members and its functioning is not proper, I joined there as a fresher for student Relationship officer but didn't gave me any offer letter, not even appointment letter than I completed my 7 months there in a CTC of 10000/- so I decided to explore in other companies then they made a nonsense contract letter without bringing it to my notice, and in that letter it was written as you will not be given any paid leaves, you have to work with us for a year and if you leave before it then the salary of your last working month will be deducted.....thats ok if you have as such system but what my concern that you must've brought it to my notice before I join.....now I feel like I have done a big mistake for choosing this company.....this company only think about their own profit.....not at all about their employees....very disappointing....

I had a great experience working at kti. Staff was good and they always try to upgrade themselves.

I wanted to be a full time faculty but the courses i taught were only for visiting. Nothing bad though

It cheats the students. I do not provide the proper study material to the student and also to the staff. It pressurizes the staff for more admissions it decreases the study quality. Only focus on marketing, not the quality.
