Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing to like about kogo. They always pressure you with work that even in your dreams you will think about work and the office, and office politics.

Dislikes

All negative points present in kogo you can think about modern work culture. The bosses or CEOs are the combination of Narayan Murthy and L&T CEO. Here you will be pressured like you can never stop thinking about company and the work, and the will make you fill on regular intervals that you are not justifying your salary. Thaey always try to fill you that you are not doing your job and we are paying you more.

The directors have a very appealing convincing skills, due to which they can attract and people and business

Dislikes

Horrible management people. They just play trial and error method with the career of the people they hire. Probation period is mentioned in the offer, but no time is given to the new joinees to learn the process, evaluation starts from the day1 of the joining. Then within a month, wherein no proper softwares and SOP is available, the management starts judging your skills. If they want they would keep you else not.
