Horrible management people. They just play trial and error method with the career of the people they hire. Probation period is mentioned in the offer, but no time is given to the new joinees to learn the process, evaluation starts from the day1 of the joining. Then within a month, wherein no proper softwares and SOP is available, the management starts judging your skills. If they want they would keep you else not.
