I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

At koims my experience is good ..its a good institution in kodagu .I learned many thinks like how to handle the works.koims environments is all so very good.and I'm proud to have a part of koims.and I love my colleagues because they are so supportive ..

Dislikes

They will unnotice the hard works, Andy they don't encourage the people .and their work pleasure is very high but payment is very less. If we works 9.30.am to 8.00.pm also they don't notice.they will give works and they will go early. Then we have to work .some seniors will not support they not gud properly.its hurts a lot.
