Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.The wirk pressure is very high and there is no job training for freshers. Company is very good and their product as Cars are very excellent but the staff which is work in our service centre is poor their is no growth in any kind of person who works their.

...s currently don't have coverage for their parents and are required to pay extra. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the salary structure for Production Supervisors could be reviewed, as their pay is currently lower compared to operators.
