Kocher tech company was not supporting in covid19 duration time....This company was not provide any help and not provide any salary....my experience was very bad for kocher tech company regarding that time I was facing so many financial problem but kocher tech did not support for his time....so it very careless company I am unhappy kocher tech regarding...

...e proceed with the exit process on 31st Jan which cause delay in release letter. Also delay in salary.

Leave facility is very bad,no any facilities here,this company doesn't provide experience letter.Every one resign after 1 or 2 months.No one employee want to stay for 3 months also. This is reality if you join

Client will give unpredictable pressure in less salary. No satisfaction in job. They want more work in less salary. Working tool is also getting worst day by day. If u have store some leave in your bucket then forget about that. Management will not approve any leave. Suppose u need 4-5 leave. They will give u 2-3 leave even u have already stored leave in your bucket. Worst management, Hr is also reply back to ur query. According to Hr Norms u can not force employees to do OT. No worry they will force u to OT. Or else they will not give any leave or week off as per your preference. client only think about their business and customer. But they don't for a single time for the employees.

... u have leave in your bucket. Unpredictable pressure. No work life balance. Less salary for more work. If u r in junior level, no body will hear u. They and client will teach u like a slave.
