Client will give unpredictable pressure in less salary. No satisfaction in job. They want more work in less salary. Working tool is also getting worst day by day. If u have store some leave in your bucket then forget about that. Management will not approve any leave. Suppose u need 4-5 leave. They will give u 2-3 leave even u have already stored leave in your bucket. Worst management, Hr is also reply back to ur query. According to Hr Norms u can not force employees to do OT. No worry they will force u to OT. Or else they will not give any leave or week off as per your preference. client only think about their business and customer. But they don't for a single time for the employees.

Dislikes

... u have leave in your bucket. Unpredictable pressure. No work life balance. Less salary for more work. If u r in junior level, no body will hear u. They and client will teach u like a slave.

There is nothing to like in Kochar Infotech. I am taking about Maxicus BPO.

1.Terrible company Policies.. Company policy say... Even If you will serve notice period then also you have to pay 4500 to leave the company.. 2. No leave on Holiday. They say compup will be given which is also not given. 3. Worked on National holdiay like 15August, 2October.. Whose compup is not given nor Pay. 4. In upcoming days in Durgapuja which is a holiday of Westbengal.. Even DASHAMI is o HOLIDAY.

Kocher gives the salary to their employe on time .. on the end of month people got their salary

Operations management is not good ... tl's are very unprofessional.. and their is a guy subham ghosh who is the tl of kochar from Kolkata brunch he is to horrorable .. he uses threting languages to employees..

...anagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria nd gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.
