As a fresher the pay is really low. You will get hike on completing a year. Hike is good. Timings are lenient and a great work life balance here. A lots of learning opportunity as you will be working independently. Management will expect is little high being as a fresher. More responsibilities , will have to learn by yourself. Overall a good experience with less stress.

Pay is less for fresher. Sometimes have to work alone with all the responsibilities.

I am currently working in KNS Technologies from past 2.5 years. Since it is a small sized company no team politics and other issues. Management is very flexible and you will have your work life balance. We have lot of opportunity to work on multiple skills and learn new technologies. Also, company encourages you to enhance our skills by spending time everyday for learning new technologies. Management and HR are always available for you to help you better. Overall I am really happy working in the company and it has been a great experience. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a job with good work life balance.

I like work culture and openness given to learn new technologies, I had joined as trainee with there support my passion of knowing thing things and confidence increased. Valid point of everyone irrespective of position is considered in the implementation of the project.Weekly sessions on new technologies are interest seeking.
