This is justified also, because the organization is involved in leadership hiring across various geographies, so the kind of work is really technical and therefore a continuous support from the top management is always required to deliver on the projects and it enhances the learning curve also.

Pathetic work culture. Feels like you're in school. Have to stick to the laptop all the time. Can't even tilt your face too much otherwise you'll get noticed. Abusive/unprofessional language is used by the management.
