You can expect job secuy. But salary and position growth is too slow. Assuring that your salary and position hike shall be done on basis of your performance, it's actually done on whether or not you were given raise in your previous quarter. They shall not do cost cutting but shall also not give you raise in your allowance even though you show efficiency.

Annual appraisal is poor both in terms of promotion in your work profile and salary. This case is almost similar for publishing companies like Techbooks. No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them. Tools and technology is lagging in many ways which keeps this organization way behind when compared with their equal and core competitors.

Over all company is secure for people who wants to stay long time with compromise there salary. And work culture is comfortable unless you expect better pay.

It's totally depends on your department and Manager because there is lot of politics and neglected behaviour where I am working. This organisation is best for graphic and science background people. Non technical one do not come here.

They are nice to employees and help them in a very certain way

Dislikes

They don't pay their global employees properly and have a lot of hidden charges. If you are willing to do work from home or you are a global employee you must have a lot of money to pay before you get your salary. I have paid $240 before I get salary and yet they are coming up with more hidden charges. They fool around a lot of people who work globally
