No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them. Tools and technology is lagging in many ways which keeps this organization way behind when compared with their equal and core competitors.

It's totally depends on your department and Manager because there is lot of politics and neglected behaviour where I am working. This organisation is best for graphic and science background people. Non technical one do not come here.

They are nice to employees and help them in a very certain way

They don't pay their global employees properly and have a lot of hidden charges. If you are willing to do work from home or you are a global employee you must have a lot of money to pay before you get your salary. I have paid $240 before I get salary and yet they are coming up with more hidden charges. They fool around a lot of people who work globally

Company manager name Jagdish Parmar and Nitesh sir are not supportive at all. Jagdish sir is her for dream11 gave only. He is not supportive at all. Only ulnasnagar chocolate on his bitrthday.
