Worst company in mysore city, no rotational shift only night shift, no snacks you have to pay for tea 😂 no appraisal, no one know when roof will fall on head, AC is there but its not working so company is running with table fans, no good working environment, no proper cafeteria and not having proper toilet's.

1.On time salary. 2. HR manager( Sangeetha ) she is best at her work , anytime you contact her she will respond without hesitate. Thank you Sangeetha 😊 . 3. Friendly security/receptionist. 4. Very good company for girls/married women with low level skill set.

Dislikes

1. No proper systems 2. Poor maintenance 3. Late appraisals ( No one will bother about you even your TL .) 4. No dayshift for male candidates. 5. No meetings or development programs ( They never bother about employee he/she. They only bother about profit (Funny thing is management not even providing Tea to save money 🤣)) 6.No career growth, skill ( you will get bored with same process for years same xl ( not even Microsoft excel ) . Old systems mostly 3 hand ( CEO bought from scrap shop)) 7. Worst senior hr (Bharat Kumar) he never responds to your calls/email even directly also he avoids to listen your concerns. He only interested to flirt with girls always 8. They won't celebrate any kind of festivals.

It is the best place for Leaders to showcase their Skills and for freshers it is the best place to start their career, so that they can groom and adapt themselves with the corporate etiquettes. All hierarchy levels are easily approachable and listen to you with patience and helps you accordingly if you require any assistance.

Dislikes

I was hired at low package because at that point of time they bargained with me because I was jobless but I would suggest them don't bargain just because of this. Look at the experience and the potential of the candidate if you are looking for a long term relationship.

Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a dayshift only for women's, so it's a good advantage to join this company.

Dislikes

There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Salary is not decent, growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Its Good company, for Experience only other wise they have no benefits , less salary for freshers but start up carrier for fresher Good....

Salary only disadvantage of this company, and contributions they Cut of our salary 6k but not use that policy for employees, Deductions of this company takes pf 3k but they post amount 2k only this is major dislike of this company, and they dont have provide Allowancess
