Knowledge Ridge has been a great organisation when it comes to fostering personal learning and working. The management is always there to support you at any step of the way and helps inculcate new learning’s everyday. Flexibility in working is very important as that is a major factor for personal development and that is exactly what the team at KR does. They also make the workplace productive and fun by fostering peer to peer interaction with the team and the management itself. Overall, it’s a great place to work and highly recommended to anyone who seeks personal and professional growth in an organisation.

Knowledge Ridge is one of my best employers. The place and the people are very easy going, supportive and fun most of the time. The culture allow ample opportunities to prove yourself. The team is very supportive. The work culture gives me flexibility to manage my work and family responsibilities. Glad, grateful to have an opportunity to work here.

Being a startup company, it is adapting and streamlining new processes. The company is growing fast and so are team members. Productivity is a must and no favoritism. Open to suggestions and new business ideas.
