They do provide job security that is without a doubt, but intern expect astronomical demands which are very hard to complete, there is plenty to learn as well.

...ot only burnout their minds but also create a nuisance for your company as well. The salary is kept very low compared to market standards and even the appraisals are halted for a long period, anybody who just wishes to learn should join but intern do not expect a lot financially wise.

People are good here, supportive. The company is a startup, so fewer resources available. Can't blame the company. But, career Growth is miserable here and new opportunities don't even exist.

The company closed down in 2018 and several tax-related cases were initiated... The promoter Mr. Agarwal was taken into custody and several violations were brought to light....

Infra is well maintained and good in first look. Working with different projects can be a positive point.

Dislikes

Domain and career is not visible with the project company is delivered. There are mostly Mechanical and CAD peoples are working but the it deals with the e-learning project. the future is slightly narrow and not properly visible for the fresher and experience people. as per the working pressure and designation, the CTC is not that good in the compassion other industries. Working culture is not so good, lack of high label visibility during project execution. company future is also clear, in which field they wants to go and what type of industries they are going to be. also this company is software IT company, but most of the recruitment are done with Mechanical engineers. the future of fresher employs are not secure because there is limited industries work in such projects.

Company can fire anytime without any prior notice. None standard policy to the employee. If company ask to leave you, it will provide you one month notice period salary but this time would not mentioned in the experience letter.
