...es are supporting and the manegement is transparent, Company polices are good, Good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joiners.

No skill development and no work allocation based on skill matrix To much micro-management and Manager oriented company where whtever your manager provide you a work whether you like it or not..you have to do..even you sare not ineteredted.. you can not stick to single project till it finish..frequent changes and jumpo from one project to another ...

Nothing much to be liked about company except I am getting good salary.

1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.
