1- They will credit your first salary on 15th of the month 2- No proper training in the company they want you to do sales from day 1 3-If you enter their office you will feel the cart is better place to sit and work than office , the lightings there will make you feel sleepy 4- No work from home is allowed for employees except the manager who is working from Goa 5- The CEO couple talks like MLM guys , like 3 bande jodo ar aage badho 6- The HR will sugar coat you everything, 7-If you breathe more than 15 times here they will deduct your salary. 8-The content head is worst , she uses ChatGPT and YouTube to get content idea , no creativity.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tech. I love the fact Knorish is a reliable and high quality product and has a global client base. Work culture here is fast paced and its high on survival of the fittest! Work appreciation and promotions are offered generously to high performing individuals.

Location can be better. The company doesn't offer any work device, its bring your own device policy.

I have been working with Knorish since day 1 of official launch of the company in 2018. Been an amazing journey so far. There's been so much learning and exposure. The company has grown by leaps and bounds. And the office, team and customers are literally growing.

No work culture, harassed you daily, no appreciation, totally politics environment, they forced you to work more than your working hours. No learning because they are already in learning stage from the people and from youtube. They do what they like to do no organised work. Sudden task they assign then blame game they like to play daily.

I've been working at Knorish for almost 2 years now and everyday comes with new learnings which is undoubtedly an exciting work environment for me. Everyone is expected to work Monday to Friday with fixed week offs - Saturday and Sunday which works really in my favour to maintain the work life balance. Knorish is a place where you can work hard, but have fun while you're doing it in a truly supportive/fast paced environment that encourages and promotes work opportunities. I am often appreciated for my work and feel valued. Within less than 2 years, I have been able to bag 2 promotions which happens in a fast paced environment only.

There's nothing I dislike about Knorish :)
