Well, It holds or used to hold interview or so called reviews every 3 months which is a threat to the job and a person may be performing the best on site and giving a lot of time on site and working hard but when it comes to review it's common for a person to get nervous and not answer or go blank and based on just that they are eliminated and all the hard work and dedication given on field goes to vain and certain people at higher posts if have any personal issues with the junior , takes advantage during the review and the junior is judged on his words which are purely due to some personal grudges . One such person threatning juniors during my time and is also responsible for the termination of many people is Mr. Geeth Sharan, a person who used to scare juniors saying that " I am very close to the CEO and so called other higher authorities , i can get you kicked out like I did to the previous guy" a person who the company is giving benefits to. Some others to mention would be Mr. Rajendra Babu using his powers to threaten ppl and used to actually treat ppl on site real bad and degrade them to the core. But well age and experience is all that matters and such ppl can do anything and get away with anything. Where as hardworking and responsible ppl are thrown out based on a review. What does the interview stand in the first place for then? Very embarrassing and shameful. No personal grudges here . Just mentioned the facts , besides it was your tagline " be brutally honest" so there you go. Thank you
