They are not supporting regarding our salaries , if our client refuses to pay our salary they also say no to us interns of salary, Even they are not providing job security , worst experience with knight frank

Frankly speaking, I know that knight frank is a UK based organisation, this organisation is more focused towards real estate business and commercial properties etc...., I like the way of training sessions done in the organization, innovative ideas gives learning and the good work environment created in the knight frank.

Dislikes

Not happy with the appraisal and salary, the work pressure is more and appreciation is less noticed. Ask for more work with less pay. Compensation and benefits not satisfying. While making the candidates to join they promise to provide all the benefits but they not providing.

Pay ment is always on time . HR is always helpful

Site employees are never considered as staff even when they operate from Knight Frank office.Area Heads put undue work pressure in the name of the CEO.

If you are working on Knightfrank’s payroll then 1. On time salary 2. Allowances travel, rent etc. ( if all negotiated on mail before joining.) 3. No much workload

Dislikes

1. Less increments 2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you 3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations. 4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.

Training for skill development and application needed. For PMS people working on site specifically in Industrial area far away from residential area required at least alternate Saturday off.
