Liked the lively young energetic crowd and time to time events. On time pay.

Dislikes

Uncoordinated management, don't have proper set of training strategy. Random work given, as there is no defined task. No accountability for error/mistakes, everyone blames each other. No respect for CS team, these people are used like daily wage labour.

very good company for treasury/Lending domain knowledge , technical stack is little outdated , little unorganized but things are improving

HR is very poor mentality specially newly joined , They are kind of controlling every process which they should not and more biased towards people who play secret games with them .
