...e environment here, All department employees are happy except Import Department. Salary comes on time. overall environment is good. Every year salary increment.

If you are applying for the Import Department, please don't do it because it's terrible, head of import department is overpowered. if you are applying for other department you are blessed, Join this company. There is no job security.

Import department mein ek 'live alarm system' installed hai naam hai unka, Chilla Tai ! Bas chhoti si baat ho, aur unka 'alert mode' on ho jata hai! Zyada chillana unka cardio hai aur chhoti chhoti cheezon pe itna react karti hain ki lagta hai jaise har kaam 'national emergency' ho. Toxicity ke maamle mein, shayad unko 'Import Export' se 'Import Explode' department mein shift kar dena chahiye! 😂

I don't like this company at all I worked here for a week, there is no future, even often it happens new joiner starts one day,but doesn't return next day due to toxic environment, I left the job after a week.

Avoid joining this company , Employees are forced to post positive review through HR, specially in Import department, if you are about to join this company ,choose a company you will valued.

Sadly,one senior ruined the atmosphere with her toxic behaviour, she yelled at junior, dismissed capable employee and created a culture of fear , this kind of environment is emotionally draining for everyone. To anyone dealing with such a situation remember, you deserve to work in a healthy and respectful workplace, Don't settle for less.
