...ry humble and polite in nature even they are treating all employees as a family. Job security is good, salary on time, environment and culture littel down because of old employees. Company growth is really good, so much opportunity to explore yourself. Management welcome new ideas and something different and support in doing that. Policies are good and management help in every way when ever required personally as well as professionally.

Dislikes

Working hours are really more almost 10-12 hours. Appraisal is not based on work or achievement nor KRA/KPI system in place. Old employees sitting ideal and taking credit of others work.
