Every place has their own drawbacks. Target pressure was is a real issue. They will stop your growth if u have conflicts with Mentors (SME) and then they will start to defame you in front of Seniors (Backbitching), After that your performance doesn't matter (I have faced, and that was the reason of my resignation).

A good working environment, Mohali is a complete green belt where I m working in.

I observed a Lack of balance in floor area, it's not a big issue but can be improved very easily. Also, the work demands extra office hours almost regularly even after a team work approach.

The company organisation graph is going upwards.colleguie are helpful.The mazor issue I faced no proper exit time. I faced challenge everyday stretch the shift timing.
