1.Efforts are going unnoticed of the staff even the work done of another person. 2.Fake promises by department management to staff just for finish their work. 3.Giving direct threat regarding the appraisal to the staff.

Likes

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Dislikes

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.

No fixed timeing, travel to another sites frequently in married person, salary not give time to time, site execution persons treat like a slave, not support to working persons, not arange manpower and machinery in time.

Lot of politics...the salary they offer you is very low compared to market...Mainly the HR dept is worst they don't reply you at all even if your dying. The management only need your work they don't help you at all.
