I love being part of KMK's positive work culture. As a team leader, I get great support from management and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. There's no excessive pressure, and the team is professional and cooperative. It's a pleasure to come to work every day!

Unfortunately, my experience at KMK Ventures has been disappointing. The company lacks empathy and support for its employees, especially during personal challenges. Even when an employee’s family member is hospitalized, getting leave is extremely difficult. The work culture suffers due to newly hired team leaders who prioritize ego over teamwork. Instead of encouraging collaboration, they discourage employees from asking questions, making it hard to complete tasks efficiently. On top of this, no recognition or appreciation is given for the efforts employees put in, which leaves the workforce feeling undervalued and demotivated. KMK Ventures could improve by creating a more supportive environment, introducing better leave policies for emergencies, fostering a collaborative work culture, and recognizing employees' hard work.

They badly need a training structure.These guys don't have any kind of any training regime.....extremely Monotonous work . Also , they need to work On their HR department....better Overhaul it ....HR teams literally sucks .... whatsapp is their medium to communicate even the most Vital information .

I throughly enjoyed my experience working at KMK Ventures. One of the standout aspects of the company is it exceptional team of professionals. The collegues I had the previlege to work with not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields but also incredibly supportive and collaborative. There was a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork that made every project enjoyable and rewarding

While I had a positive overall experience at KMK Ventures, one aspect that i found challenging was the limitation of being hired on a contractual basis. As someone eager to contribute long term and grow within the organization, i had hoped for more permanent opportunities to further develop my skills and make a lasting impact. Unfortunately, during my tenure, I did not have a chance to transition into a permanent role or explore advancement opportunities within the company. This was dissapointing as i felt i could contribute significantly to the team's Sucess over time. Nevertheless, I valued the experience gained during my contract period. I learned a great deal about US Tax Laws and regulations, honed my finance skills and developed professionally in a fast paced environment. Despite the limitations, I appretiate the positive aspects of my time at KMK and remain greateful for the opportunities i had.
