No increment at list five years, no benefit for employees, directly half salary deduction for late 1 minites , no promotion, no growth, late sitting, lost carrier if joining this company. Poor quality and thought management, b.Com level people sitting in head of dept. Meaning less policy used

For survival u can adjust in toxic work culture

...for any kind of purchase and vendor bills approval, he is very much confused. Even after bond completed, they deducted more than 50,000 on actual salary during my F&F. No personal Growth, even u can't be happy any moment in office. Sunday working due to some spoon peoples. No respect for managers..even a peon can misbehave with manager. Think 100 times before joining ...otherwise contact me, I will give honest feedback.

I had a very positive experience while working with KMI Business Technologies. I have received valuable knowledge from my collogues, especially in the billing and accounts department. The senior team has been incredibly supportive, assigning task that have allowed me to learn a great deal.

Can't take my own decision even I am right most of the time. For example:- I need to take some step for solving technical issue but I can't do my own. It will required approval & due to delay in approval, customer gets dissatisfied & all comes to me from my company side. But not from customer side.
