Salary is very low and you'll get it at 13th -15th. Owners behavior is very bad and rude doesn't provide any facility , Salary increment is close to none and no paid leaves , No sick leaves.

Terrible Work culture, abusive boss, no incentives or appreciation, severely underpaid employees for the efforts they put in, no diversity, discriminative towards female employees, it's ok for everyone especially boss to use swear- curse words to his employees for small mistakes, and he doesn't know how to address his employees especially women, keeps deducting salary for petty reasons, no sick leaves and even after deduction of salary they complain about taking leave when you're sick and cannot put effort to work.
