If you are achiever you are king everything ( leaves , doc's etc ) is cake walk . If you are not at all achiever your everything holiday , doc's will be delayed .

Salary Hike Opportunity is really good . i got two salary hikes in 9 months . Good incentives . Good place to learn Client co-ordination , Convincing candidates

very very Target Oriented Company . for few is good if you are career and salry oriented person . No life work n\balance

They give opportunities. Growth opportunities are also good. It's clearly for those who can handle any sort of pressure and give results no matter what. They try to provide early checkouts, work from home, Alternative Saturday's off kind of good practices. Sometimes they conduct fun Friday activities also.

Dislikes

Salary is low in terms of the pressure they put you through, which is why motivation to go one extra mile is very less. Less understanding about genuine problems one faces in the work expect and instead of providing solutions they put lot of pressure on the person.

Joined Fresher Learned from scratch to all the tricks in HR Books . Got around salary hike in third month. Now in my second company all KMAc experience helped a lot . When in KMAc i thought their is too much of presser but now i know it was nothing as compare to what am doing now . Good company to grow . and best part during Covid not a single rs was deducted or atlest no one was fired from my team ..

Nothing Bad bur as per my collegues and other teams feedback and same i realised . If you Target achiever or with right attitude ( if not achived taget ) . you ask anything is cakewalk leaves / Team change / anything .If you act smart give reasons for not achieving targets . YOu are out straight out on one call . and you call them for F&F or docs . they will give give you but they will make you wait . if you target achiever or atleast with good attitude you get everything in few hrs or few days .

Good Learning good Team good Seniors if you want to learn and earn , Quarterly salary hikes is good something different . place only if you want to earn ready to work for it
