Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Here i m do operation from control room DCS and after season i do whole mechanical mentanance work.

Dislikes

Here is work culture so old and not any safety precautions. Here not any safety officer either safety training.

No management policy... all just fooling around. No schedule for leave , insufficient man power, housing facilities are worst, no schedule for monthly payment , no industrial saftey staff,

Like is only for colleagues. All are good in supporting except 1 or 2.

Dislikes

Poorest LALA Company. Strict Office Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (In actual you have to stay in office till 8 PM) No annual appraisal. No work culture.
