It is a Micromanagement and more politics are here. Even if you do hard work very well you will be terminated without prior intimation. But if you are favour to MD (muthu) and Project manager (Param) they wont fire you even if you have no technical knowledge. They dont have no technical knowledge even if you say 2 weeks deadline for simple 1day work task they will accept. But all these for their favourite people only. Else they will force you to terminate via giving mental torture else they will terminate without prior notice and by 6PM they inform that you are fired. Better avoid this company for wasting your time to work with these people.

Company is running past 12 to 14 years without any issue. Its good company. But HR/managers are not upto the mark. So I can tell no job security, no company proper management. Company policy 10% made for employees balance 90% its belongs to mangement (especially HR and Managers)

Dislikes

Really superb team mates. This is a small company so you can learn lot. But System admin's will give you access to only 10 websites. So you cant learn or practice new tech. But they give 100% access to their friends. For job security, They will terminate the employees within 1 or 2 hrs itself. Due to this employees and their family will affect but they wont mind these humanity things.
