The company is a Freudenberg group company, a family owned professionally managed group headquartered in Germany. The company places a lot of emphasis on Organizational culture, legal and ethical compliance and values based on mutual respect. While the parent company is very good at innovation and driven by customer requirements ( mainly OEM's), Indian unit is quite good at maintaining its market position in the price conscious local markets. As a single unit in India, the opportunities for manufacturing professionals is limited, whereas for a person comfortable with relocating, the 13 other Klueber units worldwide offer a good growth prospect.

Dislikes

Compensation is comparable to average performance Indian companies. The product line being mature and the local market being very price conscious, one cannot innovate highly to create value added products but keep working on me-too products. However, if global position is taken up, this is not a big issue. With the recent changes in leadership, the company's focus is more on numbers and saps the energy.

Overall it is a good company to work on.Work life balance is excellent compare to other Companies and so as the culture.But company can look upon more transparency and creating a challenging environment for the employees.More motivation and appreciqtions.

Working in Klueber feels like family & also transparent in all aspects, I personally like that company gives always first priority for Safety and next is quality. In Company the management team will recognize / identify the extra work in the absence of colleague will be rewarded.
