1. Leadership has no clue on how to manage the business. 2. Even after 2 layoffs, the founders didn't have any meeting with the team to address what happened. They act as if nothing major happened & the team is supposed to carry on as usual. 3. Founders micro manage & have huge trust issues in delegation. 4. No on has clarity on what's going on & multiple iterations can suck your soul. 5. They have no value for your time & will schedule a meeting around 7 or 8 while the entire day has been free.

Likes

The team-mates are really good and always encourage collaboration. They are quite competitive and raise the bar always in their work but the management really sucks.

Dislikes

It's long list but the highlights are: Leadership doesn't have any idea about what they are building and Is there any market for it. Everyone is trying to cover themselves up and safeguard their respect in front of leadership. The worst thing is the culture it has turned to as it feels like colonial India where, the elites have their own gathering. And you'll be portrayed as unconfident during appraisals since you were figuring out things in the initial months.

Dislikes

Company culture, trickling down from top management, is way too toxic. Extremely high atrition rate. You will find complete set of new people, within a department, in a short span of 7-8 months. Absence of a long term vision of building solid team. Favouritism is clearly visible on the floor. For e.g., strict timings applies to those who are not from the closed-circle of the founders.
