KLU provides the training on new skill such as AWS, ReactJs etc as well as certification. This training comes under Faculty development program (FDP). The job is secure here They provided the quarter for faculties.

Salary is very less compared to other colleges. No work life balance. Even after 7 pm they asking for take classes online from . Working hours around 12 hours most of the day.
