The company has never paid salaries on time. The company has never paid its Employees the full and Final settlement ever. I worked in the company for 18 months and not a single PF money is deposited even though it has been deducted. Worst management ever.

I was promoted to the senior level even after which I got a promotion of only approx 1000 Rs. only there's no growth I c. Also I'm in this company only because they have binded me with a bond

It’s work and personal life balance is great your get various opportunities out here also there’s no pressure upon you and it’s a overall friendly environment.

There nothing that I dislike personally I just feel if there would be a cafeteria in the office it would be a cherry in the cake.

I encountered few working professionals in Indore Team who were extremely horrible. We had a process trainer Sourabh Sarathe who had no clue about his own profile and product that he was supposed to train. He took training of this product for 2-3 months still was never approachable. Then we had HR Manager Sadhana Sachan, who had no experience as Manager. Horrible experience. KLPTA team needs to hire better quality employees at senior position.
