I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

They were having initial difficulties but if we work professionally they never denied of salaries and goodies. We were being paid on time and they serves us lunch on daily basis. Nice startup to work with.

Nothing as such, but timings are very strict yet flexible to choose our in-time and we can sign-off post 8 hours of efforts for the organization.

Nothing..the owners are scam and one of the shady people u will ever meet.. not paying for months..thugging clients and employees..not payng to vendors for months and older employees for 5 months..bunch of scamster..i feel pity who r working there..
