Good for strugglers to get some experience and salary hike , not the one to work for long.

Dislikes

Bad work culture No work life balance Poor quality work No job security at all. Can terminate employee at any moment. They ask me to work 1 hr extra after office time. No compensation of comp off for working extra. Extremely bad leave policy..you have to beg for leaves. They can cancel leaves anytime.

Dislikes

Pay is too less Response from HR is too bad they will make you resign by saying project got ended so we don't have funds to pay you. If they have other projects also they will not deploy you. there is no job security. Lots of back stabbing and politics

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
