Get chance to learn machine manufacturing process though due to non-standardized practice everything is messy here. Good for fresher only that too for 1-2 years. No growth opportunities at all.

From name this seems german MNC but no MNC culture at all. Company culture is just like some GIDC local MSME company culture. No global exposure, company has no long term vision or any policy. No same company policy for everyone. Stringent policy gets liberal once you spend more years here. Assistant managers have no say or not involvement, everything is managed by the ONE person only. School Head master type of culture you'll get here. When head master is absent everyone gets free and nobody does any work.

I worked as an apprentice in this company for one year. I got to learn a lot there. But due to some misunderstanding, I had to leave after finishing my apprenticeship. I had a lot of fun working in the company for a year. The nature of all the staff of the company there is very simple. There are all honest people. Provides all the facilities of safety there. Still if my head P.K shah gives me a chance to work there maybe I will work there honestly. Thanks.. 🙏

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
