In CBE region, Less Work for branch managers.

Dislikes

RM recruiting lady bm/staffs for his personal use. He is doing something inside branch itself (can check camera on 16th Sept'24 between cabinet and strong room 1 to 2 PM where he visited) He give promotions, permission, OD etc based on how we close with him. This review from one source audio reveal.

Likes

Salary and other benefits are given by the management is satisfactory and working time also is good. Management and staffs are works as team and get supports from all. Career growth for high for field staffs

This is the company (KLM Axiva) where we go outing and enjoy during business hours with the help of Regional Manager and HR in Coimbatore Area. Flexible timing and only 2 hours work per day.

Dislikes

Less work, No improvement in career. Poor Managing skills. Worst behavior RM

We see our personal work outside of the branch in working hours with the reason customer visit, OD, take over etc.

Dislikes

No work for BMs and they simply using mobiles and going outside for whole day and threating staffs for work.

Klm axiva finvest company not provide Reliving certificate for employees and these company has a loop holes, thus y employee will not have growth and time vest for these company for employees don't join, they will man handle with employees in these company, I have faced lot of issues in these company, I have complaint to head office but not there is no Response from these company
