You get the opportunity to learn a lot of new tools and also talk to customers directly and understand their pain points that can be further communicated to the Technical Team. They give ob Training for each software tool to be used later.

...ager is very rude and has no sense on how to speak with his fellow Team mates. Very less Pay. No Work life balance : People are asked to work on Holidays such has Diwali etc. Also, they mention that it's a 5 day Job but then work on Saturday's as well. No Job Security Remote
