This is in hands down the worst management imaginable. They are more obsessed with rolling out useless policies than fixing the real problems. Female employees, in particular, are treated with shocking disregard, as if their concerns don’t matter at all. There is zero support, zero respect and absolutely no effort to create safe empowering work environment for the women. It’s completely toxic.

The HR ,she doesn't have the slightest manners and ethics to talk with her employees.The sensitivity of topics which are pointed out to the employees out of no where is disgusting ,I pity for those who are sitting in US headquarters and has zero knowledge of such a underqualified HR who needs speacial training to learn to speak basic form of communication where the sentiments of present employees and ex employees aren't hurt .
