It's the best working place. It has best work culture. It's the best for the newly appointed teachers as it gives the best chance to learn and grow.

If money earning is the motive then KLE School is not for them. Salary packages are very less. Other than this it is best in everything.

Environment is good our Preeti is very good

Dislikes

Principal they in their to put increment payment they Don't put properly they do differentiate in payment for new teacher their more payment than us I'm work without black mark in 3 years service I have work yet my pay is 10000 new teachers there is 13000 feels bad management and our Preeti mam have to see to it 🙏

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
