Nothing Much to say...Its Terrible, no growth and all. Only donkey work. Huge Politics favouritism is at top level, Training is worst because head himself doesnot understand about innovation rather than favouritism and time pass by making fun of others.

Off course, I love working at KLE, it has been a part of my life, who has actually taught me the way of living, moulding of my personality, I have achieved things at KLE. I just love working over there..

Dislikes

KLE should identify it's loyal workers and facilitate them with good rewards and incentives. It must have good control over its employees coz some might misuse it or try to destroy the image of the institution.

I worked for an year and I enjoyed working. The work culture is very good. The principal and the coordinators are Well organised with all the policies in place. Employee friendly organisation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
